What is Afterpay?
Afterpay offers a convenient ‘buy now, pay later’ payment method for shoppers, allowing a purchase to be paid for in 4 equal instalments, due every fortnight, interest free. To see how Afterpay works please consult their website
Do you charge a fee for using Afterpay ?
No we do not.
Does Afterpay charge interest ?
Afterpay does not charge customers interest, and the only fees applied are late fees if their scheduled payments are not paid on time.
If i am eligible for a refund how do refunds work with Afterpay ?
The goods must be returned to the store of purchase. Our normal refund policy applies.

I have received a voucher can I use this to order online?
At this stage you cannot redeem milestone vouchers online. If you would like anymore details on this you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist.
Do my online purchases go towards my VIP balance?
Yes. This is calculated on each transaction. To do this we need the email you have used to register for the online store as the VIP email we have on our system against your VIP code. If you are unsure about your VIP member status or are having difficulty logging into your VIP then please contact email@example.com.
How do I sign up to be a VIP?
You can sign up online or in store. Please note we will need to collect personal details such as first name, surname, phone, postcode and email address. A link to sign up is on the bottom of this page. To receive your milestone vouchers and communication from us about your VIP membership you will be required to maintain an active email address with us and not be unsubscribed.
How do I update my VIP account details?
You can update your address details by clicking on the person symbol at the top right hand corner of the website. Your email need sto be updated by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the unsubscribe function which is located at the bottom of all email contact made by us. Please be aware by unsubscribing we will not be able to contact you for your loyalty reward vouchers and other special discounts.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Yes we use Australia Post for all deliveries so we can deliver to any postal address recognised by Australia post, nationally or internationally.
Can I track my order?
Yes a tracking number will be provided by email when your order is dispatched. You can track the goods using this tracking number on the Australia Post website.
What if I am not at home when my order gets delivered?
A card will be left by Australia Post and your goods will be returned to your nearest Postal collection centre for collection at your convenience. This way we can ensure your goods are safe.
Please outline the delivery fees ?
Within Australia There is FREE domestic delivery on all orders over $100.
Deliveries below $100 are a flat rate of $9.90 within Australia.
You have the option of Express Post which you can select at checkout for a flat fee of $15
You also have the option of Click & Collect. Click and Collect is provided free of charge. Please select your preferred collection store on the order summary page.
We do ship internationally. Postage will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will show at checkout.
